• Midgard: (1st Remove): Roast Chicken, cucumber salad, baked garlic, carrots & leeks, porridge bread 
• Helheim: (2nd Remove): Pork, mustard cream sauce, applesauce, mashed root vegetables, rye bread 
• Valhalla: (Dessert): Rømmegrøt*, cookies, fruit, Æbleskiver (Danish pancake)
• Nidavellir: (Entertainment): The Volsunga Saga

Please contact the event steward should you need to off-board. An off-boarding table will be available for those cannot partake of the feast due to allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. and would like to bring their own dinner. Or perhaps you just wish to hang out while awaiting the evening activities. Please contact the event steward if you would like to off-board.
*Skyr- Pronounced /skeer/ A cultured dairy product originating in Iceland using cultures and methods which impart a creamy, dense, high protein and lower fat product compared to other yogurts.
*Rømmegrøt- /rum EE groot/  Norwegian sweet porridge made with sour cream, whole milk, flour, butter, and salt
